    January is often the busiest month for skin consultations. I see many clients seeking simple, yet effective at-home routines to revive and rejuvenate their entire system following busy holiday schedules, cold weather, and travel. To provide tangible support, I’ve curated a multi-step facial protocol that combines strategic products and tools to help nourish, repair, and restore your skin—just when it needs it most. 

    The at-home skincare devices and tools market has grown significantly in recent years. We know many of you already incorporate various tools into your routine, or may be considering implementing them. With this in mind (leaning into technology), I’ve included the most popular facial devices to enhance your results. When used properly and paired with the right products, these devices can support optimal skin health by boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, improving absorption, and maximizing the benefits of our products.

    The goal of this regimen is to provide a comprehensive treatment that addresses gentle cleansing, mild exfoliation, hydration, and deep nourishment—ultimately returning your skin to its healthiest and most radiant state. Enjoy!


    Step 1: Open & Cleanse

    Topicals: Replenishing Oil Cleanser, Probiotic + Exfoliation Mask
    Tools: Dry Brush 

    Begin by activating your skin's circulation with small, gentle strokes across the face, moving outwards, with a Dry Brush (we like the Face Brush by Iris Hantverk). This provides just enough exfoliation while also stimulating lymphatic drainage and enhancing product absorption. When you’ve finished brushing, thoroughly massage 1-2 pumps of Replenishing Oil Cleanser over face, neck and chest. This cleanser effectively removes makeup and debris without disrupting the skin's protective lipid barrier. To finish the opening phase, apply a thick layer of Probiotic + Exfoliation Mask which combines gentle lactic acid with replenishing probiotics. Let the mask get to work for 5-10 minutes and rinse with warm water until fully removed. The result is smooth, bright skin, perfectly primed for hydration.

     

    Step 2: Nourish & Sculpt

    Topicals: Pre+Probiotic Daily Mist, Micronutrient + Hydro Mask
    Tools: Gua Sha 

    Mist Pre+Probiotic Daily Mist across your face, neck, and chest. This tonic is meant to provide hydrating humectants, probiotics, and proper pH balance to regulate water balance. Follow with a thick layer of Micronutrient + Hydro Mask, a powerhouse formula of methylated B vitamins, micronutrients, antioxidants, and deep-hydrating actives to immediately reset moisture levels. Once applied begin your Gua Sha massage to reduce stagnation and puffiness while toning the muscles of the face. Note: Deep breaths while massaging not only feel good but will help increase the efficacy of the drainage process.     Step 3: Stimulate & Flush

    Topicals: Replenishing Oil Cleanser, Pre+Probiotic Daily Mist, Soothing B3 Serum
    Tools: LightStim for Wrinkles or Red-light Therapy Device

    Give your skin one final cleanse with Replenishing Oil Cleanser to ensure that any residue of the mask is removed. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Mist Pre+Probiotic Daily Mist and press into the face, neck, and chest. Next, apply a few pumps of Soothing B3 Serum, formulated with high-potency Niacinamide to reduce redness and inflammation while hydrating and plumping the upper tissues of the skin. This serum calms and balances, providing fast relief for stressed or compromised skin.

    To further stimulate circulation and anti-inflammatory benefits for the skin, spend 10 minutes with your LightStim, an FDA-approved, scientifically backed light therapy device, by slowly moving it across the entire face. Using infrared wavelengths, LightStim stimulates circulation, collagen production, and ATP production (a perfect match for Niacinamide). It will also promote deeper penetration of Soothing B3 Serum and result in bright and even skin. Note, if you have a different device such as a light panel, lay under it for 10 minutes on RED/INFRARED setting.

     

    Step 4: Close & Repair

    Topicals: Vitamins C+E+Ferulic Serum or C-Therapy Serum, Rejuvenating Night Oil/Extra Healing, Multi-Retinol Night Emulsion

    Final Step: Depending on which Vitamin C serum you use, apply several pumps of Vitamins C+E+Ferulic Serum or C-Therapy Serum evenly across your face, neck, and chest. Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that helps to neutralize free radicals and supports collagen synthesis. Follow with a gentle massage of ½ dropper full of  Rejuvenating Night Oil/Extra Healing, a nutrient-dense oil blend designed to support the skin's natural repair mechanisms overnight, while enhancing elasticity packed full of essential fatty acids and vitamins. To close it all up, apply a pea-sized amount of Multi-Retinol Night Emulsion, ensuring coverage across the face, under-eye area, neck, and chest. This combination of Vitamin C, Retinol, and nourishing oils works synergistically to optimize cellular regeneration and moisture levels, promoting smoother, firmer, and glowing skin by morning. Note: I created this routine to be done at night, just before bed, but feel free to omit Retinol if done during the day.
