Holiday Shipping Cutoff Times for 2024

To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, please place orders by the following dates:

• Ground Shipping: 5-7 days – Order by December 16, 2024
• Priority Shipping: 2-3 days – Order by December 18, 2024
• Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days – Order by December 19, 2024

Ordering by these dates will help us ensure timely delivery for your holiday gifts!

Domestic Shipping

We use USPS for all domestic shipments. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65 and all subscription orders.

Domestic Shipping Services and Rates

Note that expedited shipping may not be available during our annual sale. Marie Veronique products are manufactured in small batches, and shipped, from Berkeley, California.

International Shipping

We use DHL for all international shipping.

International Shipping Services and Rates

*DHL Express International typically delivers in 3-5 business days. However, customs delays may extend this timeframe, particularly in South America and certain parts of Europe. Marie Veronique products are manufactured in small batches, and shipped, from Berkeley, California.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours. Orders placed after 8am PST on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. USPS and DHL transit times are estimates and not guaranteed, except for USPS Priority Mail Express.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, email orders@marieveronique.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide the following information:

• Your order number
• The product(s) for return
• Batch number (found on the bottom of the bottle/tube)
• The reason for your return

We will follow up with the next steps. Please note that we cannot process exchanges, provide shipping labels, or issue reimbursements for return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All Beyond Topical: The Edits returns will be treated the same, and we will help coordinate your return with the original manufacturer.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return and may take an additional 1 - 2 days to reflect in your account. Refunds can only be issued using the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Travel Sizes and Books are Final Sale.
• Restrictions do apply during promotional periods. Products purchased at discount during our sale will not be eligible for cancellations or refunds. Returns will be processed for credit only if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Green Packaging

We are dedicated to minimizing waste and reducing our environmental impact through sustainable packaging practices. Our commitment to eco-conscious choices includes:

• Recyclable, non-reactive glass bottles: Our glass bottles are chosen for their recyclability and durability, ensuring that our products are both safe and eco-friendly. Unlike plastic, glass is non-reactive, maintaining the purity of our formulas while reducing waste.
• Synthetic, oil- and water-proof labels: To ensure label durability, we use synthetic labels. While we continually seek sustainable advancements, synthetic labels are currently the only option that meets the necessary water- and oil-resistant standards, ensuring labels remain intact and legible throughout the product’s life.
• Eco-friendly packaging materials: We use Geami paper to safely cushion products during shipping. Our recyclable boxes are sealed with paper tape and starch gum, providing a fully compostable alternative to conventional packaging adhesives.
