Microbiome-friendly + essential oil-free, this cleanser effectively removes debris, sunscreen and makeup without stripping the skin of its protective oils.

It reconceptualizes the meaning of deep cleansing. Rather than scrubbing at the surface, which merely dries the skin, it uses Omega-6 rich oils to penetrate to the origin of congestion, deep within the follicle. Utilizing the principle of “oils dissolve oils,” oil-based cleansers are the gentlest and most effective way to clean skin deeply and thoroughly. Low-suds surfactants are capable of effectively removing surface grime, debris and makeup, without robbing the skin of its surface protective oils. It supports proper barrier function by protecting the lipid barrier with antioxidants that inhibit lipid peroxidation, while the pre/ probiotic complex maintains microfloral balance.

This cleanser is free of ingredients that could impede the skin’s ability to maintain its own lipid, essential fatty acid and microbial balances. Biomimetic in design, it contains no essential oils, microcidal preservatives, or ethoxylated compounds.

Recommended use

Shake well. Dispense one pump and warm between palms. Using first three fingers, draw small circles over face/neck/chest for 1-2 minutes, adding water to create slip. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult physician. Keep in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Use within 6 months of opening.

Obsessed
MV has seriously changed my skins life!!! I can’t get enough of it. This is by far hands down best cleanser ever even better paired up with the amazing serums and oils they offer! As a man I was a lil skeptical but I haven’t seen the bags under my eyes disappear in 20+ years!

I really love this cleanser
When it comes to oil cleansing, I love how it feels to massage my face with oil, but no matter how soft the towel is, my skin gets irritated from wiping it off. This cleanser solves that problem by beautifully emulsifying when you add water, but it doesn't leave your skin feeling stripped. And it has no essential oils which is important to me (I find a lot of them irritating and I also just don't like to have them in every product I use because I think too much of anything isn't good for us and essential oils is no exception). I'm someone with very sensitive skin and this is one of the only cleansers that works for me. Just make sure you SHAKE WELL before using, otherwise it won't emulsify the way it's supposed to.

The only cleanser I can use
At 53 with dry, rosacea prone skin, the EO free oil cleanser is the only cleanser my skin tolerates. It removes layers of product and sunscreen with ease, rinses clean, and leaves zero redness or dryness, just soft cleansed skin. I follow with the hypotonic out of a spray bottle and then proceed with the rest of the wonderful topicals in this line. I will use MV / KH products exclusively from here on out.
